復(fù)合包裝袋的基本制備工藝是：印刷、復(fù)合、分切、制袋四個(gè)步驟，其中復(fù)合和制袋兩道工序是影響終成品使用性能的關(guān)鍵工藝。

設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的包裝工藝時(shí)，除了對(duì)各種基材的正確選擇外，對(duì)復(fù)合用黏合劑的選擇也關(guān)重要，要根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的用途、構(gòu)成、后加工條件、質(zhì)量要求品質(zhì)等進(jìn)行選擇。如選錯(cuò)膠粘劑，無論復(fù)合加工技術(shù)多么完善，也會(huì)引起粘結(jié)不良、以及后加工中的粘結(jié)力低下、復(fù)合不牢、漏液、破袋等故障的發(fā)生。

The selection of adhesive for daily chemical flexible packaging should consider multiple factors. Generally speaking, as a composite adhesive, the following conditions should be met:

②包裝液體后無有害萃取物出現(xiàn)；

② No harmful extracts appear after packaging the liquid;

③適用食品貯存的溫度要求；

③ Applicable temperature requirements for food storage;

④耐候性好，不發(fā)黃起泡，不粉化脫層；

④ Good weather resistance, no yellowing or foaming, no powdering or delamination;

⑤耐油、香精、醋和酒精；

⑤ Resistant to oil, essence, vinegar and alcohol;

⑥不侵蝕印刷圖案油墨，并對(duì)油墨有較高親和力。

⑥ It does not corrode printing pattern ink and has a high affinity for ink.

另外柔軟性、可操作性、粘力持久性、抗介質(zhì)侵蝕性和衛(wèi)生性等也是不容忽視的。就抗介質(zhì)侵蝕性而言，內(nèi)容物中含有香辛料，醇、水、糖、脂肪酸等，其特性各異，極有可能透過復(fù)合膜內(nèi)層滲入膠層，引起腐蝕破壞作用，導(dǎo)致包裝袋脫層、破裂以致失效。為此，膠粘劑必須具有抵御上述物質(zhì)侵蝕的能力，始終保持足夠的黏接剝離強(qiáng)度。

干式復(fù)合法是塑料包裝復(fù)合中常用的方法。在一定溫度、張力和速度等條件下，在基材上均勻涂布一層溶劑型膠粘劑（有單組分熱熔型膠粘劑或雙組分反應(yīng)型膠粘劑），經(jīng)過覆膜機(jī)的烘道（分3個(gè)區(qū)域：蒸發(fā)區(qū)、硬化區(qū)和排除異味區(qū)）讓溶劑揮發(fā)干燥，再經(jīng)熱壓輥，在熱壓狀態(tài)下與第二基材（塑料薄膜、紙或鋁箔）粘合成復(fù)合膜。

Dry lamination method is a commonly used method in plastic packaging lamination. Under certain conditions such as temperature, tension, and speed, a layer of solvent based adhesive (including single component hot melt adhesive or two-component reactive adhesive) is uniformly coated on the first substrate. The solvent is evaporated and dried through the drying path of the laminating machine (divided into three areas: evaporation zone, hardening zone, and odor elimination zone), and then bonded to the second substrate (plastic film, paper, or aluminum foil) in a hot pressing state by a hot pressing roller to form a composite film.

濕式復(fù)合

Wet composite

濕式復(fù)合法是在復(fù)合基材（塑料薄膜、鋁箔）表面涂布一層膠粘劑，在膠粘劑未干的狀況下，通過壓輥與其他材料（紙、玻璃紙）復(fù)合，再經(jīng)過烘箱干燥成為復(fù)合薄膜。

Wet composite method is to apply a layer of adhesive on the surface of the composite substrate (plastic film, aluminum foil), and then combine it with other materials (paper, glass paper) through a pressure roller before drying in an oven to form a composite film.

濕式復(fù)合法工藝操作簡(jiǎn)單、用膠粘劑少、成本低、復(fù)合效率高，并且不含殘留溶劑。

The wet composite method has the advantages of simple operation, minimal use of adhesives, low cost, high composite efficiency, and no residual solvents.

濕式復(fù)合所用的覆膜機(jī)及工作原理與干式復(fù)合法基本相同，所不同的是基材涂膠后，先與第二基材碾壓復(fù)合后，再經(jīng)烘箱干燥。濕式復(fù)合工藝較為簡(jiǎn)單，黏合劑用量少，復(fù)合速度快，復(fù)合產(chǎn)品不含殘留溶劑，對(duì)環(huán)境的污染較少。

The laminating machine and working principle used in wet lamination are basically the same as those used in dry lamination. The difference is that after the first substrate is coated with glue, it is first rolled and laminated with the second substrate, and then dried in an oven. 擠出復(fù)合是復(fù)合工藝常見的一種方法，它是用熱塑性樹脂作為原料，樹脂加熱熔融進(jìn)入模具，由模口流出片狀固化的薄膜后，立即與另一種或兩種薄膜復(fù)合在一起，然后冷卻固化。
